- it makes the product significantly different than provided by the contract.
How to Return a Product

To make an exchange (return), contact the store cashier.
You must have with you:
- Fiscal receipt
- Passport or other identity document
- Bank card if you paid with it
- Product you plan to return
If the product meets all the above-mentioned return conditions, the money will be returned in the same form as the payment was made. That is, if payment was made in cash, the money will be returned in cash. If the order was paid by non-cash payment, you can receive money for the product only by non-cash payment: money is returned to the account or bank card from which the payment was made. In this case, confirmation of the refund operation is the refund receipt and slip. Money is automatically debited from the company's account at the moment of receipt printing. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the duration of the money transfer process to your bank account. If there are delays with money crediting to your bank card, please contact your bank with the return receipt.

- product return invoice
- delivery invoice
Step 2 Collect everything necessary into the package
- collect the product in full configuration (products supplied as a set, must also be returned as a set).
- include the product payment receipt that you received together with the documents in the order.
- include the original documents filled out by you: "Product Return Application", "Product Return Invoice", "Delivery Invoice".

Attention! Shipping is at the buyer's expense in case of returning proper quality products.
If the product meets the above-mentioned return conditions, money will be returned to the buyer's bank account within 10 working days, but in no case more than 30 days from the day the store receives the return.
In case of returning improper quality products, shipping is at the expense of the online store "Artikos.pro".
